ASIAN HOSPITAL AND RESEARCH INSTITUTE - Hospital in Imphal - Imphal West, India

Died 2 persons in my close circle at this hospital. Both the families claimed the hospital's fault. One was related to a gallbladder stones surgery. The surgeon did the surgery at his home (not at the hospital). And during the surgery, the gall bladder bursted inside leading to complications.

I'm surprised as how and on what criteria such an ill mannered person is selected as a security guard. This guy here has stained the image of Asian Hospital. Very very disappointed

This is the second time we got admitted here in this hospital within a month. All the staffs were really helpful and did a wonderful job. Dr Amit sacrifice his Last Sunday and help us throughout our stay and did a lots of impossible things for us , Thank you so much Dr Amit! (You make us believe that Humanity is still alive through your actions!) May God bless you all abundantly!

This security guy is very rude, no disciplines no manners, he doesn't know even how to behave with a women, being working in a hospitality he should be helpful & polite to people who needs in help. Receptionist must know the policy of the management, Thank you so much to Dr Mekhulshim & Dr Akan. I'm rating because of the behaviour of the security which I upload below.

Laboratory staffs are neglected in work . They don't know there duty . They will go roaming. So you will not get report in time.

Very disappointing. No contact number has been updated. Work procedure is very slow. For a mere blood test had to wait for more than 15 minutes without having any crowd. The automated chat reply is also helpless.

"Nupi Angang da khut Thaningde" Said by the security guard. I am shocked to see such ill mannered people, that too sitting at the entrance of the hospital. They don't know how to talk to people, very very rude and total disregard for the relatives of patient. They couldn't realise, hospital is running and there is food on their plate because of us.

This is the worst Hospital in Manipur,first and foremost those watch peson & the employees working there is ill-manered , M very shocked how could they hire those people who are very impolite, very disappointed they need to change those staffs.
