Art of Living Yoga & Meditation Center - Yoga studio in Ulhasnagar - Thane, India

I joined in Happiness Program of Art of Living through this centre in Ulhasnagar Netaji. I was in a point in life where I was feeling very helpless , sad and depressed. And I feel joining this course gave me a big relief. My both Teachers Pankaj Sir and Janhvi Man were very kind and considerate and through step by step process each day with their constant dedicated teaching I was able to complete this course. From Day 1 I was able to feel the positive effect and that was mainly because of the Teachers there, because the positive vibes that I could feel from them I was able to go there every day for 6 days to complete this course. May more and more people join this Program and attain peace and happiness in their life.

Joining this center is one of the best decision of my life. I learned sudarshan kriya from them, and it is worth it. They are very helpful and enthusiastic. In the process of learning sudarshan kriya they helped me whenever I needed it. I'm on my 5 th day of practicing sudarshan kriya and started to see positive effects in my life, Thank You very much!
