Arnav Resorts - Hotel in Sonipat - Sonipat, India

Stayed at cottage room. Seems fine. Little Hospitality, dirty pools. Rooms are clean and big in size. Have all the basic Facilities including mini refrigerator, Television and Geyser. Needs maintenance and touches. Shower is not working fine. Exhaust fan is not working. They give breakfast in the room. Few options are there but no restriction on quantity. Taste is just ok. DJ party is going on near the rooms/pool. DJ was going on till 11:45 pm. It was a gents party with alcohol being served. Overall i would say overpriced for the given facilities and not so much family friendly. I don't think I will go there again for stay with my family.

The resort is next to the very ambitious Jurasik Park, in Murthal. However, the resort is host to many weddings and events all day. The staff is big yet they fail to keep up with the demands, I however may understand that guests can be a little more demanding than they should be. But here the whole thing is centred towards mass bookings and overloaded staff. The rooms were good at a glance, but the service of room and no availability of even a telecommunication via a telephone was a bummer. They also tend to make food boring for you if you stay longer, tasty but boring. Because they repeat the food menu every time. I have high expectations from the resort in the future. Aslo it is on the highway and that makes it very hard to get public transport. No Uber or Ola wants to go there without a massive pay.

If possible, would have provided a below one star rating. One of my worst hotel resort experiences. Let me list the reasons- a. Uncooperative staff b. Atrociously bad room service. c. Unhygienic swimming pool condition; even after highlighting the same the hotel did not take any steps to get the pool chlorinated and filtered. The kids should not have been allowed in a dirty pool. d. Overcharging on standard products (water bottles) and corruption in the room service. e. The door access cards malfunctioned frequently and we were locked outside the room multiple times. f. The room AC filters had not be cleaned for AGES !!!

i have never ever had such a bad experience than this place. filthy rooms, smelly and dirty toilets, balcony wth full of dust. floors hasn't been mobbed since long i guess once in a month. worst room service, lizard in room no one listens anything, their duty is just to sell the room nothing else. as per my experience their room is expensive even @ 1500Rs u keep calling to room service, house keeping no one picks up the call. unhygienic rooms and bad food wth very high price. all this m saying on my 2 times staying experience.

It's a beautiful resort and family friendly place and pool was so nice lots of activity for kids and we eat dinner in aeroplane but yeah it's a family resort basically thanks for lots of fun thanks Arnav resorts

Hotels Rooms not good as per make my trip. Hot water also not coming. No amenities in the bathroom. Needs lot of improvement in food. Food not good at all.

Very good location backed by Good and supportive staff. But Rooms' maintenance is an issue. Bad maintenance is affecting hygiene as well and gives you a strange feeling. Management must take it seriously, especially for the Royal Oaks building.
