I had worst experience with fathima staff from token area. First make her understand how to deal with patients!! It's my 2nd time, bad experience with her. She was behaving very rudely infront of other patients. So kindly take any action regarding against her misbehavior!! Really disappointed!!!

Dr. Jayaprakash upadhya one of the best doctor ever i saw... Smooth handling and he never showed attitude with me... Feels very comfortable... Friendly nature... He treated me well... He can understand the pain of patients....

Worst experience from causality doctor, no staff nurses to attend the patient. Never ever seen before this type of hospital

Good care taken by doctors and nurses here.. Neat and tidy rooms and bathroom.. Bit crowdy for op.. Ample car parking facility.. Only one drawback is there is no lift here.. They wont accept cards and online payments as doctor fees.. And there is no ATM near by.. And also keep the medicinal bills in hand for entire treatment period.. They wil prescribe the medicine for a month and more and change it after a week.. If u need a replacement u have to submit each and every bills.. The won't accept any type of health insurance cards..i think the management is only interested in eating money.. All the staffs are very polite and cooperative.. There is good and neat canteen in the premises..

Very bad experience from the adminstartion. Doctors and other service are almost ok but they will kill you with their bill. They were very careless and even charge bill twice for single purposes if we did not see it our money will go and if we notice it they will correct it and not tell even a sorry. This not my first experience i have faced it two time. They will try to cheat by giving fake bills charging for miscellaneous purpose. One of the most important drawback is they don't even have printed billing system they still bills like the fancy shop (even fancy shops have better billing system nowadays )

I went to see RMO in Casuality met dr purushotham he is very good in character with god touch. Have good experience from pharmacy there the pharmacist named Sreekumar was very kind with good attitude. all pharmacists should learn from him much appreciatable.

I have been continuosly visiting this hospital last 3 days. They didn't even change the bedsheets for last 3 days.. the blood stains and dirts! It was such a bad experience in my life....The healthy people will become unhealthy from this hospital!

one and only worst pharmacy system in the world. too many staff inside but everyone is very slow and their list collecting and billing systems also not good.
