I didn't used to be so enthusiastic for workout earlier but after doing this class I am very much regular and have started to be healthy conscious too. It is a part of my daily routine life now and without workout now I am incomplete. I have joined this gym two months back and started training with Ankit sir , Sir helped me alot with my workout and I increased my hight by 2 INCHES its really huge difference , The complete set up of equipments are highly recommended .
