Great Experience, Staff is very professional and customer sensitive. A+ for all Apple product services and repairs. When ever i had a problem with my iphone they took great care of it. The repair process is smooth and quick for me i had changed the battery of my phone and it took only 30 mins. Running diagnostics is just amazing that everything is covered.

They dont know their job, how to do it!!! My macbook pro was heating a lot and after a lot of research i found its due to thermal paste. I visited this service center june 2023 and told them my macbook pro is heating a lot and can you clean it from inside and replace the thermal paste. They charged INR 2500 as service charge and next day they called me and said its done it will not heat I asked "did you changed the thermal paste?" They said no, MacBooks don't require thermal paste I was shocked, then how the thermals are working. I just double confirmed if it will heat again or no They said no, and i came back to home But the things didn't changed, laptop was heating again and this time its more. Now after frustrating, in october 2023 I decided to take risk of changing the thermal paste by myself and started doing research for it. I ordered thermal paste and tools to open the MacBook. It costs me around 2000 inr. After replacing the thermal paste seriously the MacBook is now same like new, no heat problem nothing, working like charm I took risk of 2 lacs inr just because of these service center guys, they didn't do their job properly.

Pathetic service, untrained staff As the only service centre in Ajmer, they talk very rudely. They told me will repair my laptop in 2 days, but its been 4 days and no response. When I called them, they are talking very rudely and then saying they have ordered the parts and it will take a few more days. Like 10 days to repair a faulty charging port and touch ID issue during warranty? Apple should thoroughly audit this service centre.

Very good experience. The staff of this service center very nicely resolve my issue within 15 minutes.i am facing issue from last one month and they resolve my issue very fastly.friendly staff

I had an issue of water in mobile and i thought may be now mobile will not work but when i came to this place mr yogesh ji helped me to resolve the problem in few minutes . They have a great hospitality and amazing services it is a boon for Ajmer that they have so good people for serve the i phone devices .

This is an apple service center, not an Apple store. I saw some people confused about that. They have very friendly staff and services. The service center has a minimalistic appearance just like apple does.
