Literally the worst product and service any jeweller could offer. Had this kind of experience with two of their products. Reasonable care is not taken by them to ensure good quality products. I bought a diamond ring and one of its diamond fell off just a week after purchase. After some time I bought a diamond pendant and a gold chain and again the same thing happened, the gold chain broke after 3 months. At first they said that no amount will be required for repair of the gold chain. But later changed their statement and asked for a huge repair amount. I totally won't recommend them as they take a huge amount very lightly and don't care about customer feedback.

The staff is very polite.I bought a diamond ring from them and then comparef it.the rate of the diamond was lowest and the most genuine on the entire street. Highly appreceiate will definately visit again.

VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER I purchased a diamond ring from Ambajee jewellers and after wearing that ring for few months one of the diamond fell off. I patiently gave them the amount to repair my ring and it was fixed within few days, later again after wearing the ring for next few months the diamond fell off from the very same spot. Again, patiently I visited their store and got it fixed at my own expense. I got furious when the diamond fell off THIRD TIME , this time thought of checking google reviews of Ambajee Jewellers and I came to know that the issue was not with the particular ring which was handed over to me, others are facing the same issue of diamond falling off from their jewelries . For third time they promised they will fix the ring free of charge for me but they didn't and ended up ruining that particular spot of my ring and didnt fix it. Very disappointed!!!!! Never going to purchase anything from them and will not recommend them to anyone ever.
