Doctors seems to be OK. Supporting staff's service is pathetic. I was supposed to meet a doctor today and I was the 4th patient. However, I was not even called as the 10th patient and no one from the hospital was able to explain the system. When I have realized that their "favorable" patients are sneaking to the doctor's cabin, I left the hospital even though I paid the consultation fee.
I have been to this hospital 2 times and I had a very bad experience. There is no booking facility to see the doctor. We come to the hospital and take the appointment list.We have to wait for 4-5 hours to see the doctor. If the token system is introduced and you are told to come now according to the token number, then it is enough to come at that time.
I'm vinitha, and from other state. I visited my home town for our vacation, unexpectedly ma son got ankle injury, that time I visited Amana medical institute. We had our consultation with Dr. Mukhthar Mohammad Ali (orthopaedic), he such a awesome doctor i have ever met. I'll never ever get satisfied with any doctors other than our pediatrician in Salem, but when I had consultation with Dr. Mukhthar Mohammad Ali, i was like 200% satisfied. Such a good doctor he is... Thank you sir for your response, treatment, advice and for everything......
Doctors are OK , but supporting staffs are useless.. Especially nurses who call the numbers, they are not calling the numbers in order.. If someone question they say they dont know... Worst administration.. You guys have to install and impliment quee management system properly instead of calling numbers.
