Worst experience. Staff and other employes they don't know even how to behave they are very rude. Thing i did't understand that why we should have pass to meet patient worst .no parking only parking for staff patients vehicles should park on road .Government hospital are better than this i never seen such worst hospital never The reviews are 4.5 all this reviews are fake worst hospital wast of money. The people who are came to vist the patient they staff not allowing them to meet the patient the people are sitting out side in the sun there are suffering a lot. worst and worst experience

I recently underwent kidney stone surgery at this hospital, and I will share my positive experience. From the moment I arrived until my discharge, the entire staff take care of me daily.The surgery itself was a success.The surgeons and medical team were incredibly knowledgeable and skilled.The nursing staff provided attentive care throughout my recovery period.The facilities were clean, well-maintained. The hospital's commitment to hygiene environment for patients.Overall, I highly recommend this hospital for kidney stone surgery.

This rating is for the reasons below. 1. Unprofessional staff/management 2. More wait time for billing and clearance. Once the clearance is done, they don't care about patients 3. Commercial hospital. They prefer money than people's health. 4. Worst pharmacy 5. No transparency in billing. 6. More wastage of medicines. Hopefully they change once they get a good competition. Prefer this hospital only for OP but not for staying as they charge too high.

It was a horrible experience, the hospital's staff is inexperienced and ill-equipped to handle patient's and guests. The billing department was completely deceiving innocent people.

One of the worst services in this hospital... We waited almost 12 hours no doctor visited to check the patient...... Nurses and local staff managing the area they simply doing timelessness with people... Other hospital doctors came to visit when they are free..... They simple doing business with peopls directly

This is one of the worst hospital I have seen they even don't mind the patient situation no proper maintenance and ward boy I can say even GANDHI HOSPITAL OR MGM is a better option to go rather than here at least we will save the money here the service is panthetic no medicine will give proper time In medical shop we have to wait more than 30 minutes every 1 hour they will ask to go bring medicines.

Service provided by the nurses and support staff in all the labs are great. They were friendly and helpful. However, service at the reception is bad. They will just charge you money first & won't provide any service later. My experience: I opted for a health checkup package at 11am & vision checkup is included in it. At 1pm I went to reception and asked about the optician, the guy at reception called someone 2 times and the other person didn't pickup the call. I came back and asked about the optician again at 2:30pm. None responded. I came back again at 4:30pm and asked about the optician to check my eyesight. Now reception people said that, optician is not even present today. He was sick and didn't come to the hospital. When i enquired about their manager, receptionist said that manager is also on leave. Even in the morning, when I entered the hospital, out of 4 people only 2 people are working in reception desk while others are praying for lord vinayaka as it's festival time. But what about the people who are standing in queue. No one cared abt them.

I come from abroad and I visit this hospital with my mom, but the behaviour of staff and there is no queue for patients, if we take a appointment then to is do bad. I saw so many of patients in hospital no 1 happy with this hospital and staff. Too bad
