A normal stop for the buses for a break. Nothing special. The food quality is quite average. Moreover, the washroom is not at all clean. There is no proper men's washroom. Suitable for a snack break only(like tea and biscuit, not worth for a meal). . . . Fine for any emergency break.
Very bad experience, They used to charge too high..the quality of the food is below average, Better pack your food from somewhere else than going into these Restaurant. I felt Worried that how people are giving 5 starts to this dhaba..
It's comparatively costly than dhabas. However, it's the only hotel which remains open at midnight. Most of the buses visiting siliguri halts here. Their egg tadka is good. You can definitely try their food if you are hungry at midnight.
The property has a good bus parking. Apart from that the food quality ain't good.
This is the worst ever hotel inbetween Kolkata Siliguri Rout. I frequently travel along this route for long time. On 05/06/2023 I was traveling by WBTC Volvo (Balurghat Kolkata). Unfortunately this bus along with some other buses halted at this hotel. All the tables were dirty and full of flies ( even at midnight). But there was no choice. I ordered a vegetable meal with egg omlet. There was only a potato curry rice and dal, all of them were cold. Only the egg omlet was served hot. And when I went to pay my bill they charged 100 rupees for this kind of inedible food. Even the wash area was very dirty and water waded. I can't understand why the bus companies prefer this hotel and bound us to have this low quality food at over price. I suggest everyone not to have any meal here .
All Those who are comparing it to a dhaba is wrong . This is not Dhaba , this is what is called Line Hotel . These hotels are typically beside National/ State Highway and they are open 24*7 offers you something to eat . Food quality is nothing to write home about its decent. Price for Tarka Roti is 80/- which is comparable to any other line hotel serving food at 12 am in night . This stop is usually taken by Bus which go from Kolkata to Siliguri and Bankura to Siliguri . Don't expect amazing quality food , decent enough to keep you full for the night ..
It is on national highway NH34. You can enjoy both types of restaurants and dhaba . There all items are very good in taste and price also in budget you can take buses from there . All buses stop there .
What kind of fraud hotel it was we are from Telangana .and here the prices of all kind of food is very expensive.there is asweet shop near the hotel he charges 5 rupees extra money for everything. I recommend not to try food here.
