I'm glad with my experience with A1 fitness gym. The trainers are well experienced and super approachable, especially Mr. Kugan helped me with all my sets and motivated me not to give up. I met with an accident recently which made me physically weak. I joined this gym after my physiotherapy for the strength programme. Here everyone helped me with almost everything and encouraged me to get my strength back. I'm really thankful to everyone here especially to Kugan sir.

As of my experience this is a Well equipped unisex gym center with multi talented trainers, Bestest gym across the Banglore For best results may be either weight loss / gain, consistency and hardwork is important which can be achieved withe the help of the trainer Mr.Sharath Kumar!
