We stayed in a double bedroom with 3 people and it was more than enough with space. The room service was very good honestly. They provide complementary breakfast and can help arrange a private taxi for sight seeing. Things I wished were there: Proper parking place Wireless payment Proper geysers since the water was not that hot. Maybe in winters they do but may be. We went in summer time.

Room good , but i felt following minus.. TV not working (I think not subscribed channels in off season) 4.5 km from taxi stand (location in sichey) it effected arrival on night taxi will ask 250-400, and also vacating day we need take our bag on morning otherwise we spend more up&down taxi charge for picking bag..
The hotel is at a great location, just away from the main road. The staff is very helpful . Well maintained hotel. The restaurant is very stylish and the food is good too. We recommended it as we came back highly satisfied . Clean bathrooms, well maintained rooms and sheets and blankets. Good place.
I had some issues with it like firstly they have provided me the room at the basement which was not mentioned before and the room was pretty damn otherwise paintings and all fair enough, good to go but the room was very damn. And secondly its in hill station so i have requested them if they can provide any room heater, they straight away told us that they don't have any kind of the services for room heater wherever the places are located in the hill stations, the temperature where in is like 3 degree and 4 degree at least they need to provide some kind of room heater or something like this to get a room temperature normal.

Service was very admirable. Smooth check in and check out.The staff people were very friendly and polite. but locating this hotel was a bit inconvenient for me.its located on MG road as shown in address given on website.But actually it very far from MG road.and fair is very hefty to reach the property.besides all that, stay was very comfortable.
